Order fulfillment is generally via the most cost effective, standard service such as USPS or FedEx Ground. If expedited shipping is available, it will be offered in the cart as you checkout. Some items may not be eligible for expedited shipping options.

Shipping fees are not refundable in the case of a product return.
In the case of a return of a non-customized product not due to damage or other qualifying issue within the 30-day return window, return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser/shipper.
From time to time, shipping discount promotions may be offered on the site. If a return is required due to damage or other qualifying issue, customer is not responsible for return shipping and will be issued a digital return label to be printed out and attached to the returned item.
In no case will a refund be issued where physical return of a product is required but the item is not received within 2 weeks (14 days) from RMA issuance. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
