Refund policy
Bodybag Premium Condoms (part of the BAMN INK LLC family) is a purveyor of private labeled premium latex condoms available in several sizes. We offer a patented and trademarked Intelligent Keychain Condom Holder, condom refills, associated branded products such as Beverage Bestie cup covers and protective smart phone lanyards. From time to time, Merch items that are produced in a “Print on Demand” or "Manufactured on Demand" process may also be offered.
Condoms are NOT returnable except for visible defects on packaging as they are personal items. They may not be returned if you've ordered an incorrect size. We apologize for any inconvenience but due to health and sanitary reasons, we are limited.
Merch: A Print or Manufacture on Demand shop, by definitition, means that no products are produced until they're ordered. There is no standing inventory of these types of products. This means that all Merch products offered on this site are custom orders and, as such, are not returnable unless defective or damaged in some way.
We have a 30-day return policy for defective or incorrectly produced products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This requires that you contact BODYBAG Premium Condoms at returns@bodybagcondoms.com to request an RMA to include in your return package. In some cases, photographic evidence in lieu of a physical return may be available -- this will be detailed in association with the processing of your RMA request.You are responsible for the charges associated with returning any product that is not damaged or has no discernible manufacturing defect. Returned products that fit into this category must be in their original, sealed packaging with no damage present/visible. If a product fitting this description is returned and is NOT sellable, no credit will be issued. Products that fall into this category are Beverage Bestie cup covers and protective smart phone lanyards only.
To affirm, to be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must have damage or other issue (example: misprinted Merch due to a production failure, item sent is not the design ordered, Merch sent in incorrect size or color per your order, etc.) that render it incorrect or unusable. It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exception: clothing or drinkware with normal wear and/or washing in 30 day period, if a merch design fades or is in other ways compromised by normal care, this may be eligible for replacement. You’ll also need the order receipt or proof of purchase and should follow the return process outlined above.
Certain returns may be eligible for photographic evidence in lieu of physical return. You will be informed upon filing for a return for damages or other qualifying issues. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@bodybagcondoms.com. If your return meets criteria and is accepted but we require the item be returned to us, we’ll send you a digital return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at returns@bodybagcondoms.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective (including improperly printed or mis-aligned graphics on merch), damaged, mis-sized or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll appreciate your patience as we move as quickly as possible to render customer support to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
At time of publication, Bodybag Premium Condoms does not offer all of these products, but certain types of items cannot be returned. In addition to ALL condom products, this includs items such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as Merch orders that you may have inadvertently provided incorrect personalization/size/color information or shipping address for; other personalized items that are not damaged), and personal care goods (such as personal lube products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an RMA to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or photograph(s) of your proposed return item), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, even though we will initiate that refund immediately.
